We want our delivery process to be as worry free as possible so to do this, we strive to keep you fully informed throughout.

This simple step by step guide tells you what to expect:

Place Order

Once you have decided what you fancy, place your order online using our secure checkout.

Order Process

Once you have processed your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm we have received it. It will then be processed. Stock allocation & an estimated delivery time will be confirmed via email.

Picked

Your order will be picked in our warehouse and carefully packed by our product handlers.

Dispatched

Once your order has been carefully packaged, it will be loaded and dispatched. You will receive an email from us confirming that items are on their way!

Delivery Date

At this stage, we will be able to advise you of your exact delivery date. You will receive either a text or email from us or our delivery partners. If this doesn’t suit, please just let us know & we will rearrange.

Delivery Day

On your delivery day you will receive an email or text containing a delivery window. If there are any issues, you can contact our customer services or the courier to change it. When you receive your delivery, please check all the products are there and that they are in good condition.

Guaranteed Delivery Charges

In order to offer the best possible value when it comes to delivery we have set out different delivery zones and we offer delivery at set rates within these zones.

Our delivery service is also split into three product groups: Small, Medium & Large.

Small items have a set delivery rate across all zones of £ 15.00 this is for all items classed as small on the website and will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail or a similar parcel service.

Items that are classed as medium and large are delivered on a pallet to ensure safe delivery of items.

The delivery cost per pallet is as below:

Zone 1 : Northern Ireland £ 50.00

Zone 2 : Rest of Ireland: £ 65.00

Delivery Time Scales

Within Zone 1 we will strive to provide next day delivery for all orders placed before 12 noon.

* For orders placed after 12 noon it will be the following business day.a

Within Zone 2 we will strive to provide next day delivery for all orders placed before 12 noon.

* For orders placed after 12 noon it will be the following business day.

For remaining Zones 3 & 4 we will strive to provide delivery of ordered items within 3 business days.
