At Lily Bain, we aim to keep you waiting no more than 5 working days for your delivery. If there are any issues that arise that may add a day or two to this, our customer service team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
The Delivery Process
We want our delivery process to be as worry free as possible so to do this, we strive to keep you fully informed throughout.
This simple step by step guide tells you what to expect:
- Place Order
Once you have decided what you fancy, place your order online using our secure checkout.
- Order Process
Once you have processed your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm we have received it. It will then be processed. Stock allocation & an estimated delivery time will be confirmed via email.
Your order will be picked in our warehouse and carefully packed by our product handlers.
Once your order has been carefully packaged, it will be loaded and dispatched. You will receive an email from us confirming that items are on their way!
- Delivery Date
At this stage, we will be able to advise you of your exact delivery date. You will receive either a text or email from us or our delivery partners. If this doesn’t suit, please just let us know & we will rearrange.
- Delivery Day
On your delivery day you will receive an email or text containing a delivery window. If there are any issues, you can contact our customer services or the courier to change it.
When you receive your delivery, please check all the products are there and that they are in good condition.
